Is Anyone Actively Working Nick Sidoti's Dr Cashflow in 2019-2020

Hi everybody,

I have a question about Dr Cashflow, the program to rent 3 bedrooms in a (fully furnished) 3-br unit to the Federal Government to house disabled people.

The sales hype seems to claim 3 times market rent compared to the same unfurnished unit rented to a family.

Are you achieving 3 times the market rent for a 3 bedroom (or is this sales hype as in one guy did it one time kind of thing)?

What kind of turnover are you experiencing?

How difficult is it to line the Federal Government up as a tenant?

Does the Fed. Govt. use their own rental contract--or do they use yours?

How hands off are the tenants (does the Fed Govt handle their clogged toilets) or are they management intensive?

(?????????)
