Early lease termination

I have been renting a house since September,  but my mother has become very I'll and needs 24 hour care. I need to move home and I don't want to end the lease on bad terms. This is the second rental from this management company because the first place was infested with spiders and mold. I moved out of that place because I was getting bitten and now have scars on my arms from it.  I ended up in this rental and paying more money. Is there anyway I can end this lease??
