Neighboring house at rental running an auto repair/dealership

House got sold a couple years ago and now it looks like 20 people moved in and are running an auto dealership and repair shop from the back yard. There are dealer plates on some of the cars and about 20 cars in the back yard lined up. 

I'm a bit concerned about what this does to my property value and whether I should call code enforcement....
