Property Management Interviewing
I would love to get your input about property managers. At first once I thought after I move out of my owner occupied rental I would do everything myself and fill the property myself. After listening to many BP podcasts it seems the majority of investors seem to believe its just not worth it to do it your self and save time. I am starting to ask for some referrals on PM here in the Denver metro area and I wanted ask what your biggest interview questions are for PM's? What is the most important things you want out of PM? Is it minimal vacancy and detailed tenant screening the most important factor? Or what other questions is really important to ask that most investors don't seem to ask but will tell a lot about the PM?
