I am getting ready to invest in my first rental property. Which happens to be a condo. My question is how do I go about getting a lease agreement contract. Can they be easily found and created online, or is this something I need to consult with someone about to get one in order?

Join a local real estate investor group and take their course on property management. I alway use the state approved lease that you can usually find online at the government site.
