No cities in Ohio are NOT going to seal Eviction Records
Recently there has been a lot of talk about a city 20 minutes or so south of Cleveland, Ohio called Akron, Ohio. Reason for all of this talk about Akron - Rule 39, a Motion to Seal Eviction Records of Tenants.
That would have been horrible wouldn't it? Of course. Good news is that it was shot down yesterday. Because you know, common sense. 🤷
