Sales with existing tenants
Selling 3 unit residential in Brooklyn. What is best practice for dealing appropriately with tenants? Have one final tenant under lease until September, but going to market soon. Goal would be to deliver vacant upon sale, probably around 2 months, but getting timing right is tough.
