Investing in multiunits in Ohio - What should I know?
I am looking to purchase my first out of state buy and hold in Ohio. My home base is in Maryland, so this would be a long distance buy. What are the areas I should avoid as a first time buy and hold, please? My budget is capped at about 100k, all in. Thanks in advance

Multifamily under 100k in Columbus means duplexes in C type areas, anything distressed in a reasonable area is pretty rare, our market was picked clean as of right before COVID. That might change soon of course, but use a local realtor knowledgeable in the hidden lines between ok C and bad C.
