Trying To Evict A Tenant

So basically I took my tenant to court for failure to pay rent & I was awarded possession but then he filed an appeal so do anyone know how long appeal in Pennsylvania will take? An also if he misses his payments to the court how can I go about getting his appeal dismissed...please help with information pertaining to Pennsylvania law
