2nd, 1bath Rentals in Oakland

Hi everyone! I’m pursuing a deal for a triplex that’s currently being rented section 8 and rental increases haven’t been made in 10 years. I’m trying get an estimate of how much comparable rents are for 2bd, 1bath in the Oakland-Emeryville area.

For those who own these units, how much are your rents?

It is an older property (built 1958) and a triplex rather than an apartment if you own something comparable.
