Best company for background checks / Solid FL. Rental Lease

Hi everyone!  New to the game. 

I was wondering what is the best company that covers all the background checks (credit, debt, criminal, income, rental, and evictions)? Anything else I am missing?  How much is the fee? 

My Florida people, where have you found a solid rental lease for a year to year agreement?  Its a single family home.
