Hi all, I'm a newbie here and excited to get started absorbing all this amazing info! 

I've been reading about different strategies for the past few days. I've seen many people have success with mobile homes as they are cheaper and have steady cash flow, which makes it easier for beginners.What are your opinions on mobile homes?
