Fencing installed inadvertently in my backyard.

Fencing company inadvertently installed a fence in my backyard when it should have been on a couple of houses down the lane. 

What are my options now ?

Do you want the fence? If so, you could probably negotiate a good price for it. If you don't want the fence there, have them remove it and repair any damage to the landscaping that occurred.
