Best Property Management Softwares

We started a real estate fund a couple years ago. We have been managing about 50 units since last year but this year we are focused on growing the company.

We just closed another 25 units and in the process of closing another 24 units.

As of today, we have been hiring third party property management companies to manage each portfolio we create. However, due to our current volume and experience, I believe is time for us to create our own property management company and just manage all the properties ourselves.

I’m looking for advice on a good, reliable and effective property management software.

What is your experience with softwares? Can you recommend me a good platform to manage rental properties?

Thanks in advance
