Looking for a win/win
My daughter and her two roomies are renting my nice 3 bedroom house along the coast. The rent is very cheap because she was in college, now she’s Graduated, been out Of school for six months now, and is working. I would like to get them all out and get a nice family to rent it and raise the rent. I’m looking for suggestions on a win-win for both of us as she is fighting it all the way. She acts like it’s her house now, lol. But I’m not laughing-she’s only a block from the beach! Thanks!
