Best floor option for rental - Tile or LVT/LVP

What have you all found to be the best choice for flooring in the kitchen of a rental SFR?

I'm seeking what may be the best performing long term choice.  My thoughts on tile might be having the grout age and dirty over the years as well as if a tile pops, cracks, breaks...that it might be a pain to replace.  LVP/LVT I don't mind to spend the appropriate $ for it if I can expect it to outlast and outperform the tile.

Thanks for sharing your knowledge and experience.

Matt
