Lease agreement for NC rental

Christine Davis
Posted

Hey all,

This is my first post and I am learning to navigate the bigger pockets website. I do have a quick question...

If anyone is in NC, what lease agreement do you use? Was this written up by a lawyer? I am wary of choosing just any lease agreement as I'd like to add in a few extra "rules" to the lease. Especially after reading a thread about what landlords wish they had put in their leases to begin with (things I never even thought of...no indoor furniture outside?!)

Any help for this newbie is much appreciated and I apologize if all of the info I am looking for has already been posted!
