Hello BP Family,

I am trying to figure out what to do with all these papers I am starting to accumulate. Anyone have a good filing system to share with me to keep the docs all together?

Scan them into your computer and make separate files before they accumulate.

That is what I am currently doing. Each file folder has a property address, year and main reason for the folder. For example " 123 ABC st 2020 receipts"
