@Darius Pasilaban. I forgot to mention this in my prior post.  DO NOT use erentpayment.com as your provider.  We used them initially a few years ago and there was an entire fiasco regarding our rents payments being processed but not forwarded onto us.  Google it if you are interested... but I'll save you the hassle and recommend anyone but them :)
