Rent a SFH that you are on the deed but not the mortgage

Hello all,

I am new to the community and so far love the amount of information that everyone shares. I currently have two rental properties and hopefully soon a third. My business partner is on the deed of his fathers house but his father holds the mortgage in his name. My business partner will be building a home soon and his father is moving in with him, and I wanted to know if anyone knows of any issues with our LLC taking on the home as a rental since my business partner is on the deed but his dad holds the mortgage?
