Getting an acceptably completed application

Even though I tell/text/explain several times that each person must complete their own application, they still push it off onto a 3rd party whom they can then blame for the many errors and omissions. Classy, huh? one goofball said his handwriting isn't good enough. His woman, who was acting in his place, hadn't known him very long so most of the questions went unanswered. Rather than waste more time I disqualified them. To prove how benighted they are the woman wrote me a nasty note that had nothing to do with her inability to write down his vehicle plate number and state of registration.
