Depreciation recapture calculation if capital gains exempt
Hello, I have a rental property that I am considering selling. I lived in the property for 2 of the past 5 years and I have rented it our for the past 1.5 years thus will be exempt from capital Gaines tax. With this scenario how is depreciation capture recalculated?
Thanks
