Portable/Mini washer dryer units

Anyone have any experience with these? I’m shopping appliances for my house hack reno, and I’ve got one small closet for a laundry room. My option is either a stackable unit ($1300~) or these minutes units ($600).

I’m fine with using them. I don’t know if my roommates (4/2 sfr) will be though. The dryer isn’t even 2cu ft. I think most dryers are 4-6 (correct me if I’m wrong!).

Any thoughts are much appreciated! Just Trying not to spend more or less than I need.
