Online rental application

Hi,

I usually give paper applications for people that want an apartment  (I only give it once they view the apartment and they are really interested ).

but I noticed that it is a problem,  because then they need to worry how they can send it back, and  even they send it back through email but it's a whole process and I think that it's a factor that's delays stuff and then I can miss out on a good applicant.

SO I was wondering if there is such a thing as a rental application online meaning that they can "type" in all the information I want to know, so there is no need to print,  scan, fax etc. ?
