I recently just bought an investment home in NC and it a tenant lives there.

The tenant is on section 8 and I need help on what to do to have the voucher be sent to me and how she can send me her portion of the rent. What do I do?

Thank you

Not social services.  It’s the local Housing Authority you will call.  Do it ASAP. You or the Seller really should have notified them before closing so the payments would be placed on abatement.  If no one noticed them they will continue to send payments to the wrong payee.  It will create an accounting mess that will take months to unravel.
