Do I need to honor property manager contract?

I have a duplex under contract that is currently rented. I just learned that the owner has a property manager for the duplex. I know I am legally required to honor the existing tenant leases, but what is my responsibility to the property manager?  I self-manage my other properties.

You do not have an obligation to work with them. I would require a copy of the leases, keys, and warranty work, security deposits, etc...
