Alternatives to Kaba electronic locks

We have just purchased a vacation rental in Florida (new construction) which has quite expensive high impact doors. Both doors have a multi-point locking system where you lift the door handle to engage bolts in three places (top, middle and bottom). Also, the door stile of the door is only 3-inches from the edge of the glass to the outer edge of the door. Our property manager wants to install a Kaba automated lock, but the locksmith says the only way to do this is to drill a large hole through the door which will destroy the multi-point locking system. Even if we wanted to do this, the stile is apparently not wide enough to accommodate the lock, so the Kaba is out.

Does anyone know another alternative that would allow renters to gain access without using a key and that could be managed remotely? I am surprised that Kaba does not have a solution for this, because insurance companies are really pushing for this type of door system. I don't know if a key in a lockbox will really be acceptable.
