Water,maintenance,yearly ammenities

Hello all ^_^ when renting a condo I pay for gas,elec,phone and cable.I'm I to pay the maintenance fee? And now their adding a yearly ammenities fee,what is that? I'm just renting not interested in buying. If I decided to purchase I know I have to pay all utilities. Thanks Charlie. PS Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all.
