Clogged sink, my responsability or theirs ?

If a tenant has a clogged sink, is it my responsibility to handle it or theirs ?

I guess my people are spoiled.

Because it's such an easy fix for me, I'd take care of it, see their unit, interact with them and know going forward if education is needed about what not to put down the drain.  

A plumber for a clogged sink?  All I can do is flinch at the very thought.   Not everything has to wait for days and be a  scheduling nightmare and $150 bill.
