Criminal Trespasser was on the property
6 days ago I had the police issue a Criminal Trespass Warning to Steven. I saw him on property again tonight but, he ran away before I could even call the police. This person has an extensive criminal history involving drugs, burglery, and prison. Since becoming the PM 2 years ago, I have had success creating a great place to live, and I have allot of really good tenants. I plan to keep it that way.
My question is can I legally provide a copy of Steven's photograph to the tenants and let them know this person has been told that if he returns to the property he will be arrested? I would like to ask them to call the police if they see him on our property.
Let me add, this is a small property (52 units) in a small town, and I have a good working relationship with my tenants. They are aware and like that I take my job seriously and I will do everything I can to keep people like this away from our homes.
