Landlording in Baltimore Maryland

I've purchased a investment property in Baltimore with a tenant already in it (haven't closed on it yet). As I've been doing my research, I've seen that when purchasing a rental property in Baltimore the landlord needs to complete an annual registration of the home with the city and have a mandatory inspection of the home. I also saw something in regards to a lead inspection or certificate needed.

1. Can someone shed some light on what the landlord needs to do or have when purchasing a rental property with a tenant already in it, in regards to the city?

Thanks

When you buy an investment property in Baltimore,

1- You need to register it in Baltimore city registration site

2- Get led inspection done

3- Get rental inspection done

Rental inspection needs to be completed every two years, lead inspection depends on what type of it you got.

Before you purchase, you can ask current owner about these to make sure there are current.
