New Construction Financing

Hello BP Community,

I need to finance a project for new construction on the land, that we've purchased and teared down all the structures, that were there before. We need approximately about $1M. How would I approach this? What are the different options for financing?

I apologize if this has been asked and answered thousand times in this forum. I am overwhelmed with the amount of information here.
