Quickbooks Tutorials for Landlords?

Hi everyone,

I've searched biggerpockets and couldn't find many recommendations for tutorials on how to setup quickbooks for rental properties.

Google and YouTube tend to show either short clips or irrelevant information. Most of which is advertisements for programs.

Has anyone bought a well-written or step-by-step guide on setting up Quickbooks for rental property?

Does anyone have any recommendations?

Thanks!

I cannot recommend the "landlord accounting" ebook. I set it up using Quickbooks 2012 and there were numerous differences to his instructions. I could eventually figure out the work around but this added tons of frustration and extra time. They say its for every version but that is not really accurate.

I have been using Quickbooks for over a year now and it is a great program but in hindsight I am not sure if I would have made the switch from simple spreadsheets. It is not as fast and I don't really need all the extra's quickbooks dose. But now that I am set up I plan on sticking with it.
