NorCal : Lease Preparation
Hi,
I am self managing a condo in NorCal area. I recently got to know laws in California changed a lot on Jan 1st 2020. I have ensured smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms are good. I want to ensure that I am in compliance and who can help me preparing just the lease and not property management. I am still on the fence to give it to property management. If lot of issues pop up then I might go that route. In the past I used rocket lawyer to make the lease, but I feel this time I am leaning to do ezlandlordforms. First time changing the tenant so still very new to this.
Thanks
