Mobile Home Rentals - Tenant Personal Property Insurance

Landlords of mobile homes and insurance professionals,

I assumed PPI was PPI and coverage didn't matter where you lived. My Florida tenants are having trouble securing personal property insurance because the rental is a mobile home.

Should I:

Not require personal property insurance? - possibly exposing my own insurance and business to risk

Try to find a company that will write PPI on those within mobile homes?

Work with an insurance agent to purchase a blanket policy to cover my tenants' belongings and possibly upcharge for the convenience? - possible legal issues with reselling insurance - the upcharge idea can be dropped

Or another option I haven't considered...

Have you come across this issue before? How did you solve this?
