Hard Time Finding Contractors

Hello Everyone, I’m new to Real Estate investing & this past November I purchased my first investment property! I’m really excited about the journey & im enjoying the process of rehabbing, but I currently find myself in a stall, because I can’t find a good contractor. The ones that I have called have not been good at all, they are either unresponsive or excessively over pricing. I live in the Greensboro/High Point area in NC. If by any chance anyone can direct me to a great contractor, I will greatly appreciate it!
