Assett protection -trust/ LLC

I have been reading this article by Dave Van Horn and here is what he said:" For example, if that property was owned by a trust or an LLC that was owned and managed by a trust, it would've been much harder for them to track me down to issue a warrant to begin with. "

How to do that? I have a trust, and using warranty/quit claim deed I need to deed the property to an LLC? So in this case the LLC is beneficiary of the trust, correct?

The LLC owns the property, so my name would still be on LLC's articles of organization, so no privacy, right?

How to take out my name from public eye?
