Background Check for Pennsylvania

We have a potential tenant who is from Pennsylvania. In Indiana we have a government website where I can do my own background check for free. Does anyone know if Pennsylvania has a similar website?

Not sure what the background search Indiana shows. But you can do a docket search in the website below to see what you can find

https://ujsportal.pacourts.us/CaseInformation.aspx

I would check the Magisterial District Courts and also the Criminal Courts of Common Plea. You'll need to enter the last name and first name. If it is a common name, having the date of birth can help as well. 

It is not complete as a paid background search. But it can do in a pinch.
