Anybody out there invest in Class C or D neighborhoods?
Have any of you found success investing in rental properties in low-income, Class C or D neighborhoods? We've all heard horror stories related to this...wondering if anyone would like to share their investing experiences in such areas. Thanks!

I have had great results in the C class and very bad results in D. If you have to carry a gun to collect your rents it is not worth it. Stay C and up as a very strict rule.
