Selling a 4 family by yourself no realto

I want to sell a property as the market is very high right now. 4 family. What are the best for sale by owner sites? Anyone that has done this I would recommend any tips that made it a success. The market is so well I want to sell now and parlay that money into a better property.  Thoughts?

Find a discount broker who will charge you $500 or whatever to toss it on HAR. You do showings, they help with contract only. I wouldn't go full FSBO as you'll likely leave a bit of cash on the table.
