Landlord Insurance Policy on a Mobile Home in Park

I am in the process of getting a mobile home that is located in a mobile home park, it is a rental unit with good cash flow. I am looking for insurance options as a landlord that owns the mobile home but not the land it is setting on. The mobile home park is ok with having rental units in the park. I am checking with my current insurer, but it doesn't work with my current policy. They are looking for an option for me but figured I would see if anyone on BP has already ran into this situation.
