correspondence property investment
This is my first post here after reading many threads on this hot web site. I am working in Asia, but last year I have considered to invest in US real estate. I want to buy several multifamily home to rent out. Although in such scenario the property management company seems must to have, I am not sure if this works for me to fly back 1 or 2 times a year to look after it. If this is feasible, which property management company has good reputation? Any suggestion?
