Hi All, I have few unit, that I have renew the lease every year, wondering if there any one page lease that say last year lease same term will extend another year?

Kind of tired to fill out 8 page lease every year, think there must be a better solution to that. By the way I am located in new york city.

@Lisa Forde Not familiar with New York but here in Illinois, once the lease expires, it automatically turns into month to month with all the terms of the previous lease still in effect. If you want to lock them in for another year, we typically have to redo the entire lease.
