I am curious if experienced landlords are using home warranties for their rental units? If so, has it been found to save money or not be useful?

Please just click on the magnifying glass in the upper right and type in home warranty. This topic has been discussed over 200 times. It is literally asked every 2-3 weeks and the answer is still no.
