Fl. Vacation Rental, 2 Months, Ex Girlfriend taking both Months

We reserved a year in advance and VRBO agreement was in her name only however we both paid half the rent and both want the 2 months. She has decided that she is taking BOTH months and refunding my money. Wasn't this a verbal contract and I can take the Money OR the Vacation Cottage. I want the Cottage for the one month, would like the two months but am willing to share and let her have one month and me one month. If I sue her in small claims court would I win?
