What are key items to pay close attention to when purchasing a mobile home already in a park Owned by someone else? Lot rent must be paid. I have plans to rent it out. Going to look at soon. I have to put a little rehab into it as well. Just want it to be a good fit. So that the discretionary income can pay for a liability to start. Any thoughts are appreciated.
