Pennsylvania Eviction Questions
I clicked on this topic for information regarding the risk involved in purchasing a REO property that is still occupied (apparently) by the former mortgagor.
In Pennsylvania, what is the process and timeline for eviction of this type of occupant?
Also, in PA, what other costs could I be responsible for satisfying (i.e. taxes etc)
Any info short of paying an attorney for the basics will help me at this point.
Thanks
