Real Estate Attorney Recommendations in Phoenix

Looking for a Real Estate Attorney in the Phoenix area to help me with an eviction, assist me with processes and procedures and for consulting.  I am new to many of the issues I'm coming across and I hope to invest some $$$ up front so I don't have to spend a lot of $$$ later.  Late Rent, Ending a Month to Month et et.  I had rentals in B+ areas but I never had to deal with any of these issues.  I'm helping my Father with his rentals and I need some legal help.
