Garage is considered nonresidential, electric higher in garage.
House was built, later on a large garage was added (1,200 sq ft). The garage is now considered non-residential and the electric bill costs more than the house electric bill. Can I consolidate those or is the garage electric bill always going to be higher as a non-residential structure?
