Lawyers in North Georgia

Does anybody have a recommendation for tenant/landlord attorney in the North Georgia area. We are looking to own rentals in Walker County, Georiga and would like to meet with somebody to better understand our rights as a landlord and the rights of the tenant. We would also like to have somebody available in our back-pocket should we ever need them over any tenant/landlord disagreements or evictions.

Is this a standard practice? Do most people use attorneys or do you get your lease agreement from one of the on-line sites and which one? Any good references to read Georgia laws regarding leases/rentals?

@Bill Hampton, thank you for the recommendation. I have actually done that much and it was a great starting point. Some of my questions I have are seeking more detail on the information provided in the handbook. I met with an attorney, the only one in my area I can find that services Georgia (I'm on the tn/ga line). That did not go well. I was essentially mocked for wanting to learn more, reading the handbook, and asking to gain clarification on the laws and a lease agreement I unfortunately paid him for. I think the lease agreement provided violates some discrimination issues based on my interpretations from the GA handbook. 

I am open to using an attorney in the Atlanta area if that's what I need to do.
